Our rates are per room/night and include breakfast as well as our inclusive services and vary according to the season and occupancy of the hotel. There is a special price list for Christmas and New Year’s Eve (from 22 December to 3 January).

Meals

• Gourmet half board: In the evening, we serve you a 5-course gourmet menu with a choice of dishes (hot and cold themed buffet on Saturdays and gala dinner on Sundays).
• Secure this extra bonus by booking our gourmet half board before arrival for only €52 per person and day. For on-site bookings, we charge €62 per person and day.
• In case of timely cancellation on site, we will refund €42 per person/night. For children, we charge €33 per child/night.
• “Original Schroth Cure diet” including Schroth Cure drinks: €32 per person/day
• Metabolic Balance meals (according to diet plan): €52 per person/day

Children staying in the parents’ room

• Children from 0 up to 2 years stay free of charge
• Children from 3 up to 8 years: €45 per child/day incl. breakfast
• Children from 9 up to 15 years: €60 per child/day incl. breakfast
• Gourmet half board for children: €33 per child/day

Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival is free of charge regardless of the time of booking. For cancellations at short notice, we charge you 80% of the first night. The same applies to the remaining nights in case of early departure. Cancellations are only accepted in writing.

Pets

Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to bring a pet, as not all rooms are available in this case. Please understand that your four-legged companion has no access to any areas of our main house, including the restaurants, sports and recreation rooms, as well as the sunbathing lawn and sun terrace. We charge €15 per pet/day without food.

Car park

There is a limited number of free outdoor parking spaces at your disposal. We charge €12 per night in our underground car park. For electric vehicles, there are several charging stations available in our garage. The charging is calculated according to consumption.

Local visitor’s tax

The town of Oberstaufen charges a visitor’s tax of currently €3.50 per day or €1.75 per day for children from ages 7 through 14. The local visitor’s tax isn’t included in the room rate.

Rate information

The above-mentioned rates are per room and include half board. For stays of less than 5 nights, we charge an additional €46 per adult on 25 December for the Christmas gala buffet and €27 per adult on 26 December for the festive Christmas menu. Our New Year’s Eve gala includes live music in our Panoramahalle and in the Stießbergstüble dance bar, the champagne reception, gala menu, as well as midnight snack. The mandatory New Year's Eve supplement is €188 per adult.

Cancellation conditions during Christmas/New Year’s

Regardless of the time of booking, cancellation or rebooking is free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. For cancellations at shorter notice, we charge 80% of the booked stay. The same applies to the remaining nights in case of early departure. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
